  • Great Communication skills: Are all about saying what you mean and meaning what you say.
  • Being a Team Player: Can you will you and have you been a great team player?
  • Company Man: Are you always doing what is right for the company first?
  • Professional Pride: Do you have a great reputation? Is your work better? Does it stand out? 
  • Sound Judgment: You use the Ben Franklin decision tree verses snap decisions.
  • Take direction well: Following orders is critical to your success. Always know your job is a blessing. Your boss is a blessing. Maybe a disguised blessing but try living without him!

  • Value: You have realistic salary expectations conforming to industry norms.

  • Multiple Skills: You are hired as a technical writer, and can do public relations too.
